Treasury 1860 has a number of spaces and dining options to suit your needs, be it a leisurely lunch in the courtyard over a bottle of wine, a quick bite in the bar early evening or a supreme taste of what our fine state has to offer in our warm and inviting Kitchen.

'Locally Sourced, Globally Inspired', our aim is to showcase the best of South Australia, whilst exploring dishes and cuisines from all over the world.

Our chefs present small and large plates in a seasonally evolving menu which includes dishes such as Beetroot and Vodka cured Salmon, Blackened Kangaroo loin and Pan-fried Venison Saddle.

With this menu comes the option to dine either in our beautifully refurbished kitchen space or the historic courtyard.

Served Monday to Saturday from 6pm-9pm.

A fresh and simple lunch menu; perfect for social lunches, group bookings or business meetings.

Offering a high quality and great value option for your lunch hour with dishes such as our Buttermilk Fried Chicken Salad, Grilled Calamari and our long time favourite: the Treasury Pasta Special.

As the sun sets over Adelaide, drop in for one of South Australia's finest boutique distilled spirits, a pint or bottle from our extensive local craft beer selection and a bite to eat from our bar menu.

Perfect to share with a group of friends or loved ones or select a couple to dine alone. Our Pizzas are renowned and our Sticky Pork Ribs are to die for.

Served Monday to Saturday from 5:30pm to 9:30pm.

Our a la Carte breakfast is the perfect combination of continental and modern hot options to provide for busy business travellers and leisurely visitors to Adelaide. Paired with locally roasted D'Angelo Coffee, you can grab a takeaway on the run or sit back and soak in the serene courtyard atmosphere.

Served Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 10am and Weekends/Public Holidays from 8am-11am.

Showcasing the best that South Australia and the continent has to offer, our drinks selection weighs favourably towards local winemakers, brewers and distillers. We're very privileged to have some of the best products in the world on our doorstep and our bar is fully stocked with our pick of the bunch.

With 4 personally curated local craft beer taps, a seasonal wine list and dynamic cocktail list we take pride in maintaining a selection that excites and inspires.

Our drink lists are constantly evolving so we may run out of things from time to time, but there's always something new coming in to replace it.

Our wine list changes with the seasons and is personally selected by our Director, Nathan.

Showcasing a number of South Australia's finest wineries by the glass and by the bottle as well as some select International wines, we're sure you'll find a new favourite.

Our list will grow and grow with time with a 'select your own' walk-in wine cellar due for completion in the Kitchen space in 2018.

With 4 rotating local craft beer taps and many more in the fridge, we pride ourselves on providing a platform to show off just how good the beer is in South Australia.

Welcoming guests from all over the world, you've got to be pretty handy at mixing drinks. Our list intends to show off some of our favourite local distilleries, re-imagining well loved classics and trying out some new ideas as well. We're proud to say that our Negroni is not only absolutely delicious, it's 100% South Australian.

We use Aquafaba instead of Egg white in our cocktails which means they're vegan, and our straws are made from 100% biodegradable PLA.

We're currently loving Rum and Gin, with a portion of the current list being comprised of a style that just won't die: Tiki.

Our bartenders are more than capable of rustling up whatever you fancy if you can't see it on the list.
